Covid Safe Business

We are a registered Covid Safe Business and as such we have implemented a detailed safety plan.

Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented some new measures to ensure the maximum care and safety of all staff and customers.

Our showroom is limited to a maximum of 2 people.

Before entering our showroom premises, staff, customers and suppliers must not attend if in the past 14 days if they have:

  • been unwell or had any flu-like symptoms, or
  • been in contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19, or
  • any sudden loss of smell or loss of taste, or
  • are at a high risk from a health perspective, including the elderly and those with preexisting medical heath conditions.
  • Staff, customers and suppliers are advised that they should check the NSW Government website for advice regarding the full list of symptoms associated with COVID-19 infection:

Before attending a private residence or business for quoting or installation purposes, our staff will phone to check with customers if in the past 14 days if they have:

  • been unwell or had any flu-like symptoms, or
  • been in contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19, or
  • any sudden loss of smell or loss of taste, or
  • are at a high risk from a health perspective, including the elderly and those with preexisting medical health conditions.

When attending a private or commercial premises for the purposes of quoting or installing, our staff are advised to request social distancing of at least 1.5 metres, and to follow the 4 square metre rule wherever possible when dealing with customers.

When our staff are on site for installation purposes, our staff are advised to request that customers be in another room in the house/building wherever practical. Otherwise they are to follow the 1.5 metres and 4 square metre rules.

All our staff are provided with face masks and sanitiser for their use and protection.

Clients Responsibilities

  • Please cancel your appointment for a later date if you have any of these symptoms: cough, fever, dizziness, loss of taste or smell, fatigue not caused by lack of sleep or breathing difficulty.
  • If you or someone in your home is sick, you must reschedule. If our staff arrive at your premises, and someone is ill, the appointment will be rescheduled.

We have downloaded and request all clients download the  COVIDSafe app to support contact tracing if required.
